The only reason the house sold in less than a month was due to your suggestions on staging and your frequent open houses. Your professional interior decorator, Valerie was also instrumental in the final presentation of the residence. In writing this letter of recommendation for Sandy Sparkman and Jane Larkin Christie, the adjectives: terrific, hardworking earnest, professional, honest and energetic, by themselves do not do these two women justice. They did a superb job of explaining the processes of listing and selling our home, made all the necessary appointments and inspections to prepare our home for listing, arranged for a stager who consulted with us and gave us ideas to improve the appearance of our home, held numerous open houses and advised us on its final sale.
Then, they went into overdrive to find a charming home that is truly perfect for us. They spent countless hours previewing the hundreds of listings of houses on the market. In this process they narrowed the field to a manageable number for us to preview. It seems like they devoted their days and nights to finding and obtaining our replacement home. Their work did not stop there; they were our watchdogs through all the inspections, necessary work orders, and closing signatures. We were constantly amazed at the energy both women displayed 24/7 for us in procuring our present home. We could not have wished for two more competent women for the job---from start to finish. Congratulations Jane and Sandy; you are a truly remarkable team.
